Public wall, private board or workshop?

Use a private board for your own work or work with people you invite. Turn on workshop mode when you want to guide a session. Publish an individual note on the worldwide wall when you deliberately want to share it publicly.

Your goal Where to start Plan for the person creating it
Keep ideas or plan your week on your own An unshared private board Club Member is free and includes one active, editable board
Keep more boards or invite people to your own board A private board with collaboration Club Host or Club Facilitator
Guide a session with guest participation, instructions and a timer Workshop mode on a private board Club Facilitator
Share an individual thought publicly A Draft that you publish on the worldwide wall Club Member or a paid plan

Chosen Few also includes collaboration and workshop rights. See the full plan details.

Private boards: your workspace

Every board is private from the start. Keep it unshared to work alone. With a suitable plan, invite Participants or create View and Post links. Access through an active link can be forwarded, so share links only with people who should see the board.

Authorised platform staff may access private content when their work requires it. Private does not mean that someone with access cannot copy what they see. Read about access.

Workshops: a guided session on a board

A workshop uses the same board and its notes. The owner guides the session and controls when people can contribute. Guests join through an active workshop link or QR code without an account. The guest link expires and can be revoked.

A finished workshop offers a results page, printing or saving as PDF, Markdown copy and CSV download. These structured exports are workshop features; an ordinary personal board has no bulk export. Run a workshop.

Worldwide wall: deliberate public sharing

The wall contains individual Public sticky notes. It is optional, and there are no public boards. A Public note may be indexed, copied or used by external services. Check the publication notice and privacy and safety guide before publishing.

A Draft is an unpublished note intended for this public-note flow. It is separate from a note on a private board. There is no built-in move or copy between those contexts.

The daily publication allowance applies here, when a Draft successfully becomes Public. It does not ration notes on your private board.
