Can I use StickyNotes.club just for myself?

Yes. Club Member includes one free active, editable private board. Use it for ideas, a week planner or tasks, without publishing on the worldwide wall. Start your own board.

Am I limited to two sticky notes a day?

Only when publishing on the worldwide wall with Club Member. Drafts and private-board notes do not use that daily allowance. Club Host and Club Facilitator include twelve Public publications per day. Understand the limits.

Is a workshop a public board?

No. A workshop runs on a private board. The worldwide wall contains individual Public sticky notes and is separate from your private-board content. Compare the three uses.

Which plan do I need?

Choose Club Member for one board of your own, Club Host for more boards and collaboration, or Club Facilitator for guided workshops. People invited to somebody else’s board do not need a paid plan. Workshop guests do not need an account; ordinary Post-link contributors do. Compare the plans.

Do I need an account?

You need an account to create a worldwide-wall Draft, manage your own private board, accept an invitation or give a Public sticky note a heart. To accept an invitation, sign in or create an account with the invited email address.

You do not need an account to open a board through an active View link or to take part through a workshop link. A Post link also lets you read without an account, but you must sign in before you can contribute.

What is the difference between a Draft, a Public sticky note and a private-board sticky note?

A Draft is not public. A Public sticky note or Instant Photo appears on the worldwide wall. A sticky note on a private board is visible to its Owner and current Participants, anyone using an active View, Post or workshop link, and authorised platform staff when genuinely necessary.

Public and private-board sticky notes are separate. You cannot move or copy one directly into the other context.

Can people comment on a Public sticky note?

No. The only public response is a heart from someone who is signed in. Comments, private-board hearts and dot voting are available on private boards.

Can I edit or delete my sticky note?

You can edit your own sticky notes while you have contribution access. StickyNotes.club keeps the current accepted version and does not provide an edit history.

A private-board sticky note shows Undo for a few seconds after deletion and returns with its comments, hearts and votes if you use it. A Draft, Public sticky note, comment or whole board is deleted immediately and permanently after confirmation. A finished workshop is read-only until its Owner reopens it.

Does a Public sticky note expire?

No. It stays Public until you return it to Draft, delete it or authorised moderation removes it.

Returning it to Draft cannot recall external copies, search results, caches or earlier external AI use.

Yes, if you own the board and use Club Host, Club Facilitator or Chosen Few. A View link lets anyone with the link read the board without an account. A Post link also lets a signed-in StickyNotes.club user on any plan contribute.

A signed-in Post-link contributor can create, edit and delete their own sticky notes while the link remains active. They cannot arrange notes, comment, use hearts or take part in dot voting, and they do not become Participants or receive invitation, mention or board-management rights. You can revoke a link at any time. Use an email invitation when someone should join as a Participant; invitations expire after 14 days.

Can people join a workshop without an account?

Yes. An Owner on Club Facilitator or Chosen Few can create a workshop link. Anyone with that link picks a nickname and can contribute right away. The link always has an expiry time and can be revoked at any moment.

Does everyone in my workshop need a paid plan?

No. Only the person running the session needs Club Facilitator or Chosen Few. Everyone taking part does so for free, with or without an account.

Can I transfer board ownership?

No. Every board has one Owner, and ownership cannot be transferred. Deleting the Owner’s account permanently deletes every board that account owns.

Who owns what I create?

You keep ownership of content you create or share, on a private board and on the worldwide wall.

By publishing a sticky note or Instant Photo there, you agree that this content is public and may be used accordingly: anyone can view, copy and share it, and search engines and external AI services may index or use it. It is not linked publicly to your name or profile. StickyNotes.club keeps a private internal connection while your account exists so you can edit, return it to Draft or delete it.

Can I search StickyNotes.club?

StickyNotes.club does not have text search. You can filter sticky notes on a private board by tag and filter Public sticky notes on the worldwide wall by country. Help Centre search searches only these guides, not product content.

Can I export a board?

An ordinary private board has no bulk or structured export. A finished workshop is the exception: open View results and use Print or save as PDF, Copy as Markdown or Download as CSV. The result contains the final notes, voting outcome and any facilitator labels.

For one eligible worldwide-wall sticky note, you can use Save as image, but not while it is a Draft. A personal-data access or portability request is a separate privacy process and does not create a reusable board export.

Can I reuse a board setup?

Yes. The Owner can duplicate a board. The copy keeps the setup, not the content or people, and counts as a new board. A copied workshop starts in Preparing.

Can I block another user?

There is no general user-to-user blocking control. An Owner can remove a Participant’s access to a private board. Use the flag control on somebody else’s Public sticky note, or contact support about board content or behaviour.

Is StickyNotes.club free?

Yes. Club Member is free and includes two Public publications per day, one active editable private board you own and full participation on boards you are invited to. See Choose and manage your plan for the full comparison.

Anyone with an active View, Post or workshop link may be able to read the linked board.
Deletion of a Draft, Public sticky note, comment or board is permanent after confirmation; a private-board sticky note briefly offers Undo.
