Get started with StickyNotes.club

Start with one free private board for your own ideas, tasks or weekly plan. You do not have to publish on the worldwide wall. If you are joining a workshop, use the organiser’s link instead: you do not need to create an account.

Create your account

An account lets you create Drafts, manage a private board and join a board when someone invites you. A workshop guest is the exception: they can contribute through a workshop link without an account.

Open Create a free account.
Choose a Username and enter your Email address.
Enter a Password and repeat it in Confirm password.
Read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy linked below the form. Creating an account means agreeing to them.
Select Create a free account. If you arrived through a paid-plan link, the button says Create your account.
Log in and start using your account.
Open the confirmation email and select its link.

You can log in, create Drafts and use your own private boards before confirming your email address. Confirmation is required before you can:

publish a Draft on the worldwide wall;
send a board invitation by email; or
create or replace a Post link or workshop link.

Creating a View link does not require email confirmation. If the confirmation email does not arrive, check your spam folder and then use Send a new link in the banner at the top of the page.

Make your first private board useful

Open My boards, select New board, give it a name and choose Week planner or Blank. Add three things you want to remember or work on. Leave the board unshared if you want to use it on your own.

Club Member includes one active, editable private board. The limit of two daily Public publications does not apply to notes on that board.

Follow Use sticky notes for yourself for a complete first-board example. To invite people to a board you own, choose Club Host or Club Facilitator; running guided workshops requires Club Facilitator. Compare the plans.

Choose the right place for your idea

Think about who should be able to see the idea:

Choose a Draft when it is not ready to be public.
Publish a Public sticky note or Instant Photo when you want it to appear on the worldwide wall.
Use an unshared private board as your own workspace.
Invite Participants for ongoing collaboration, or share narrower access with a View or Post link.

A Public sticky note and a sticky note on a private board are separate. You cannot move or copy one directly into the other context.

Make your profile recognisable

Open Profile to update the information available there, such as your name, profile picture or description. These details help current Participants recognise you on a private board. They do not appear with your Public sticky notes on the worldwide wall.

Good to know

Every board is private, even when only its Owner uses it.
Confirming your email unlocks outward-facing actions; it is not required to explore your account or work privately.
Public and private content have different visibility and deletion consequences. Read Understand privacy and safety before publishing anything sensitive.
You can manage your profile, security and account deletion from your account settings.
