Manage your profile and account
Keep your details up to date so people can recognise you on private boards and important account emails can reach you.

Update your details
Open Profile or Settings to change the fields and security controls available for your account, such as your name, profile picture, description, email address or password.
Keep your email address current. StickyNotes.club uses it for account verification, private-board invitations and collaboration notifications.
Understand where your identity appears
Your profile helps current Participants recognise you on private boards. Your Public sticky notes do not show your name, username, profile picture, biography, profile link or contribution history. They show only their publication date, country snapshot, share count and heart count.
Your Wall of Love is private. Only you can see the Public sticky notes you have saved there with a heart.
Delete your account
Account deletion cannot be undone, and different kinds of content are handled differently:
- Your profile, sign-in details, preferences, Drafts, personal hearts and Wall of Love are deleted.
- Every private board you own is permanently deleted, including all content, access and pending invitations.
- Your sticky notes and comments on someone else’s board remain, with the author shown as Deleted user.
- Your Public sticky notes remain without a connection to your account, profile or author controls. A strip of tape and the explanation This sticky note remains after its author deleted their account. mark this state.
- Anonymous dot-vote totals may remain without a connection to your account.
- Future subscription renewal ends.
Before deleting your account, remove any contributions on other Owners’ boards that you do not want to leave behind. You cannot transfer board ownership, so boards you own cannot pass to a successor.
Deleted data may remain in protected technical backups for no more than 30 days. You cannot access or recover it there. Billing, tax or legal records may be kept for the period required by law.
Public sticky notes that remain can still be indexed and used by external AI services until authorised moderation removes them. Account deletion cannot recall saved images, screenshots, search results, caches, AI datasets, model training or other external copies and uses.
Good to know
- Your profile is not a public byline for sticky notes on the worldwide wall.
- Deleting your account also deletes every private board you own.
- Cancelling a subscription and deleting an account are different actions.
