If you use Club Member, you have the same contribution rights as other Participants on boards you join. You can also contribute through a paying Owner’s Post link. Club Host mainly lets you invite people or create View and Post links for boards you own, and gives you higher publication and board limits.

Everything in Club Host, plus workshop mode: run a guided session, let people take part without an account, share a QR code, use a shared instruction and timer, collect ideas silently and reveal them together. Participants never need a paid plan.

The Owner’s plan determines whether a board can host invitations and active View or Post links. Your own plan does not reduce the contribution rights you receive on somebody else’s board. Your access type and board role determine what you can do there.

Tags and due dates are part of ordinary sticky-note editing on private boards. If you authored a sticky note, you may edit its text, colour, tags and due date. You cannot rewrite those fields on somebody else’s sticky note. Arranging a sticky note by changing its position, order or column is a separate board action and does not change authorship.

Chosen Few removes the documented plan-level limits for Public publications and active boards you own. Safety, content, file and technical boundaries still apply.

You will see current prices, taxes, billing intervals and renewal terms before you buy.

Understand the daily publication limit

The allowance counts only a successful move from Draft → Public, including publishing the same sticky note again after returning it to Draft.

These actions do not count:

  • creating or editing a Draft;
  • creating or editing a sticky note on a private board;
  • editing an existing Public sticky note; or
  • a publication attempt that fails.

When you reach your limit, only further publication is blocked. You can keep using existing content and other available features. The allowance resets at 00:00:01 UTC each day, and StickyNotes.club should show the remaining wait in your local time.

Understand the board limit

The allowance counts active, editable private boards that you own. Boards you join as a Participant do not count.

You cannot archive a whole board as an ordinary board action. A plan change that would leave you above the lower plan’s allowance depends on preserved read-only archival. Before you confirm, StickyNotes.club must show which boards will be affected and must not silently delete content.

Change or cancel your subscription

Open your account or billing settings to see when a change takes effect, how renewal works and what will happen to your current access before you confirm.

Cancelling future renewal does not delete your account. Account deletion ends future renewal too, but also has permanent consequences for your content. Read Manage your profile and account first.

If your plan no longer includes collaboration, existing View and Post links become unavailable. You can still revoke them as the board Owner.

Good to know

  • Only the person running a workshop needs Club Facilitator. Everyone taking part does so for free, with or without an account.
  • You do not need a paid plan to participate fully on a board someone else owns.
  • You do not need a paid plan to contribute through a Post link, but you must sign in or create an account.
  • Only successful publication uses the daily allowance.
  • Joined boards do not use your owned-board allowance.
  • A paid plan does not change privacy or safety rules.
